Hi, I'm Divs, counsellor and founder of Flowy Spirit Counselling & Wellness.

My approach is gentle, relational, and trauma-informed. I integrate nervous-system awareness with deep care, supporting you in moving from survival mode back into connection.

In our work together, I prioritize the felt sense over just the story. By listening to the wisdom of your body and your emotions, we build the internal safety needed to explore what feels heavy, overwhelming, or stuck.

I believe you already know what is best for you; I am here to accompany you with honesty and warmth rather than lead you. I meet you as a human first - to walk with you in your journey.

In-Person Therapy in Downtown Vancouver & Online Across British Columbia

My practice integrates attachment-based therapy, somatic approaches, parts work, and trauma-informed care to support clients in developing greater nervous system regulation, self-awareness, and emotional resilience. In-person sessions are available in Downtown Vancouver, while secure virtual sessions allow clients across British Columbia to access therapy from the comfort of their own homes.

I offer in-person counselling in Downtown Vancouver and online therapy for adults throughout British Columbia. Whether you are seeking support for trauma, complex trauma (C-PTSD), anxiety, burnout, attachment wounds, grief, life transitions, ADHD, or relationship challenges, therapy can provide a space to better understand yourself and move toward greater balance, connection, and well-being.

We now offer Direct Billing through select Insurers
